SAP Concur has announced an upcoming renewal of its SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates, which help ensure secure connections across Concur products and services.
As part of standard security practices, these certificates are renewed annually to maintain a safe, reliable experience for all users.
What’s happening:
SAP Concur will issue new SSL certificates ahead of the current expiration dates to ensure there is no disruption to service.
Key dates:
- May 13, 2026 (10:00 PM PDT): New certificate issued for *.api.concursolutions.com
- May 20, 2026 (10:00 PM PDT): New certificate issued for *.concursolutions.com
Current certificate expiration:
- June 4, 2026: *.api.concursolutions.com
- June 5, 2026: *.concursolutions.com
Is any action required?
For most clients, no action is needed.
However, if your organization uses certificate pinning (typically managed by your IT or security teams), you will need to update to the new certificates before the expiration dates to avoid any potential service disruption.
Recommended next steps:
- Share this update with your internal IT or security team
- Confirm whether certificate pinning is in use
- If applicable, ensure updates are completed ahead of the June expiration dates
