If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Concur, please review the following information to determine if action is needed before April 22, 2025.

Concur is updating the SAML certificate used in its metadata file—a key component in how your company’s Identity Provider authenticates users. While most customers will not be impacted, some may need to update their metadata file to avoid any disruption to Concur access.

What You Need to Know:

  • Only your IT team can determine if this change affects your SSO configuration.
  • If an update is required, your IT team will need to generate a new metadata file and share it with us.
  • Once received, our team will ensure the updated metadata is applied in Concur.

For Concur Reseller Customers:

  1. Company IT teams should review the SAML SSO setup to confirm if a metadata update is needed based on the new certificate.
  2. If an update is required, notify your World Travel Service Program Manager promptly.
  3. We will provide the metadata link to share with your IT team.
  4. Your IT team will use this link to generate the new metadata file.
  5. The updated file can be shared as a .zip or externally accessible link with your Program Manager.
  6. Our System & Data Integration team will handle the upload to Concur.

For Concur Direct Customers: If you access Concur via SSO and purchased Concur directly, please contact your authentication administrator to verify and, if necessary, update the security certificate. If you need assistance, reach out to your Concur representative or submit a support ticket directly with Concur.

A reminder message is now also being displayed on affected SSO sites within Concur.

If you have questions or need help navigating the process, please reach out to your World Travel Service Program Manager.
