Jennifer began her career at BCD Travel in 1996 in a process redesign role. She led the team for the two largest integrations between 1998 and 2007. As a vice president in the headquarters organization, Jennifer has focused on customer satisfaction, best practices, marketing and account management evolution. 

Prior to joining BCD Travel, Jennifer was a consultant with Accenture in Atlanta working with financial system implementations and organizational design for Fortune 100 companies.

Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
