Prior to joining BCD Travel, Greg spent ten years as president and CEO of SYNERGI, Inc., a USD$10 billion global corporation delivering travel management services through business travel firms in more than 50 major business markets. Greg grew the company from operations in six countries in 1992 to 50 countries by the end of 2005, thanks to his strong focus on training, branding and technology.

Before assuming the leadership of SYNERGI, O’Neil had extensive U.S. travel management experience, with former positions including vice president of operations and technology and director of strategic consulting for two of the largest U.S. travel management firms.
