Prior to her current appointment, Louise was president of BCD Travel’s East Division in the U.S., the company’s largest single portfolio, where she was instrumental in many major global client sales and retention initiatives and successfully led a division with some of the most complex global clients to significant success.
Louise began her career with BCD Travel in 1995. As a vice president and general manager during her early years, her responsibilities included account management, operations, sales, technology and overall financial performance. Her responsibilities grew simultaneously with the growth of the company to include a broader role as executive vice president of the Midwest Division and leadership on many multinational teams, which helped forge the evolution of global program management at the company.
Prior to joining BCD Travel, Louise held positions within many facets of the industry including airline, car rental, meetings and incentives, travel management and procurement. She has been quoted in travel industry and business publications, speaks often at regional and national conferences and participates in several professional organizations.
Louise received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a certificate in leadership and development from LaRoche University College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. |
